The 6 Phase Approach

No shortcuts. If you already have these pieces in place, this phase will move quickly. If not, we’ll get everything structured correctly so your business is protected, credible, and positioned for growth.

Phase 4: SOFTWARE & FUNNELS

Next it is time to put all the technology pieces in place. When you setup software and funnels, you typically have a long term relationship with your CRM software and a level of commitment with the pieces you put in place. We want to ensure you have with the right software to support your business. This is the fun phase where we start building and put your Playbook in action!

Phase 5: MARKETING

This is where visibility turns into revenue. Marketing isn’t random activity—it’s a system. We identify what should be automated, what needs a human touch, and how every channel works together to consistently drive leads. From organic outreach to paid ads… from social media to strategic content creation—we build a marketing engine designed for predictable growth. We need to know your numbers, so your can scale your business. We setup system audits, advanced reporting and look at specific analytics to see what is working (and what is not).
