Eat Meat & Lift Weights

No GLPs. No seed oils. No sugar. No excuses. Just meat, salt, eggs, butter, dairy, water and a body that proves what's possible.

Let’s make eating meat your new normal.

The Carnivore Approach

You've probably heard it and rolled your eyes. Most people do until they try it and their inflammation disappears, their weight drops and their bloodwork comes back perfect.

Carnivore is simple. Meat. Eggs. Butter. Dairy. Salt. Water. Nothing that didn't come from an animal. No plants, no processed food, no seed oils, no sugar, no medications. It sounds radical until you realize how much of what we call "normal" eating is quietly wrecking us.

Start simple. Eat anything on the list. Cook in butter. Eat until full. Stop.

Eat enough fat. Fat is your fuel now. Don't fear it. Under-eat it and you'll feel terrible.

Drink your water. One gallon minimum. Add salt and electrolytes daily.

Commit to 90 days. The skeptics never make it to week 2. The ones who do never go back.

Just meat, salt, eggs, butter, dairy, water and a body that proves what's possible.

Before & Afters

Let’s Talk Numbers

In 2022, I was 340 pounds. I worked out, ate high protein, did everything the fitness coaches tell you to do. Lost 40 pounds, then plateaued for years. That kind of stuck is its own defeat.

In September 2025 I went strict carnivore. No cheat days. No compromises. Just meat, eggs, butter, dairy, salt, and water.

Eight months later I lost 75 pounds and weigh 225 pounds.

I still have 20 pounds to go and the numbers below prove the benefits of eating Carnivore

So if you're stuck — try it. What do you have to lose?
Your GLP-1 shots and calorie counting will be right there waiting if you want to go back.

But what if you don't need to?

What I Eat in a Day

Breakfast: 6 eggs, 1 slice of bacon, handful of cheese cooked in butter

Lunch: Chicken cooked in butter and spices, 1 slice of bacon

Dinner: Carnivore Roast - Roast cooked all day in butter, bacon and spices

Snacks: Cottage Cheese, Beef Jerky or Bacon
(if needed)

What I Drink in a Day

1 - 2 gallons of water

I fill up a 1 gallon jug EACH morning (the photo is my exact jug), then throughout the day I fill my water bottle with the contents from my jug. I can take my water bottle on the go with me much easier. End of day my jug must be empty and often times I fill my gallon jug up a second time.

Note: I started adding creatine, collagen and BCAAs to my water. I feel better, my water tastes better and the benefits are unbelievable.

My Workouts

Monday through Friday I strength train by working out on the Tonal. My workouts are powered purely by protein and fat. No pre-workout, no carb loading.

This image is the progression of my strength score on the Tonal over the last 6 months while I was strictly Carnivore.

I also became addicted to pickleball, so my weekends are filled with playing pickleball at Lifetime Fitness.
