  • Get healthy snacks and prepare grab and go meals (you cannot bring food in the venue however when you have a break, you can pop into your place to grab a healthy meal)

  • Get an empty water bottle as you can fill up water at the venue. Hydration is key and you will want to stay hydrated.

Trust me—walking in on Day 1 already feeling grounded and settled makes a huge difference. You’ll be more present, energized, and ready to fully embrace everything UPW has to offer.

DAY 1 (Nov 14):
BREAKTHROUGH DAY

Discover Your True Identity

Tony comes in strong. No warm-up. No easing in.

This day is about one thing:
Shattering the version of you that’s been playing small.

You dive into:

  • Creating your extraordinary life

  • The truth about where you’ve been settling

  • What you actually want now (not 10 years ago… now)

For a lot of us—especially after years of building, giving, supporting—this hits differently.

Because suddenly it’s:
👉 Not about everyone else
👉 Not about “being fine”
👉 But about what you truly want

The Beautiful State Exercise

You realize something fast:
You’ve been letting your emotions control you… instead of the other way around.

Through movement, focus, and intention, you shift into a peak state and think:
“Wait… I could’ve been doing this the whole time?”

The 6 Human Needs (aka: Why You Do Everything You Do)

This is where things click hard.

You discover your personal drivers:

  • Certainty

  • Uncertainty

🔥 MAIN EVENT: THE FIREWALK (3AM)

Let’s be very clear:

Do not go to UPW and skip the firewalk.

It’s the moment.

A friend of mine left early because she was tired… and missed it.
Regret. She did not need to say anything as I could see it on her face.

My husband and I made a decision ahead of time:

Here’s what it’s actually like:

  • You’re barefoot

  • It’s late (technically early)

  • You’re standing in line for hours on cold concrete (bring socks on Day 1—trust me). When they say remove your shoes, have a pair of socks in your pocket for the 2 hours you are standing on freezing cold dirty concrete.

  • You’re watching people walk across burning coals

  • When it is your turn, there is a massive rush of emotions (am I really about to do this? The stretch of coals is long and they are blazing red hot)

Your brain cycles through:

  • “This is empowering”

  • “This is insane”

  • “Why am I doing this?”

And then something shifts.

You lock into certainty.
You commit.
You walk.

And when you reach the other side?

It’s not about the fire.

It’s the realization:

Walking over 1000-degree coals unharmed creates a permanent mental anchor that physical or emotional trials are not as insurmountable as they seem.

DAY 2 (Nov 15):
MOMENTUM DAY

Create Unstoppable Momentum and Closing the Gap

After Day 1 (and being up until 3AM), Day 2 is slightly shorter—but just as powerful.

You’re introduced to Tony’s Senior Head Trainer, Joseph McClendon III, who brings a different energy but reinforces the same mission:

👉 Close the gap between where you are and where you want to be

On our plane ride home to Arizona, we were actually sitting the row 1 with Joseph (talk about magic and a story for another day).
This man is powerful and incredible!

Neuro-Associative Conditioning (NAC)

This is the core of Day 2.

The concept is simple—but game-changing:

Human behavior is driven by:

  1. The need to avoid pain

  2. The desire to gain pleasure

You learn how to:

Translation:

This is the one.

One of the biggest shifts didn’t happen in the room—it happened after I got back.
